Free cricket clinic at Ourimbah

The free clinic will be held at Ourimbah on January 18

Cricket NSW will partner with the Department of Regional NSW to host a free school holiday cricket clinic on the Central Coast on Thursday, January 18.

It will be one of 12 regional clinics to be held across the state.

Running from 9am to 3pm, the one-day clinics are designed for players aged 7-14 looking to develop their cricketing skills, with a variety of tailored drills, activities and modified match play.

They will cater to a variety of skill levels and will suit children who want to play cricket for the first time or those looking to transition from Cricket Blast to playing junior cricket at their local cricket club.

The clinics are also ideal for stage one and stage two cricket players looking to improve their batting, bowling or fielding technique through intensive coaching.

All clinics will feature experienced cricket coaches and Cricket NSW staff who will train players on improving their techniques.

The players will receive a skills assessment at the end of the event.

The Central Coast clinic will be held at Bill Sohier Oval at Ourimbah.
