Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 12-year-old girl missing from San Remo.
Annabel Blake was last seen on Miller Cres, Blue Haven, at about 6:30pm on Sunday, January 28.
When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Tuggerah Lakes Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for her safety and welfare due to her young age.
Annabel is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 150cm to 160cm tall, with a medium build, brown eyes and long blonde hair.
She was last seen wearing a dark brown hoodie with blue writing on the front, blue pants and yellow crocs.
