As a regular train traveller to Sydney from Wyong (I would like to say that) Wyong train station would be number one in cleanliness.
The railway tracks at the station are litter free and spotless (with) no cans, bottles or paper – unlike all the other stations on the way to Sydney.
They say cleanliness is next to godliness.
I would think the railway staff are more likely responsible for this cleaning culture.
It amazes me that there is zero rubbish on the tracks at Wyong station.
