LAWN BOWLS –
With the 2021 Lawn Bowls State Pennants due to start on March 6, the various Central Coast Clubs are busy finalising their players and grades.
The clubs are due to hold their in-house and external pennant trials over the next few weeks.
For Umina Beach Bowling Club, this occurred over the past weekend, which was also a chance to launch bowls in the new year.
With 2020 State Pennants cancelled last year all throughout Australia, and the Central Coast clubs only playing a total of three Pennants trials, the members are hoping that 2021 will give them the chance to complete the full championship without a hitch.
