A single vehicle motor vehicle accident in Kariong, on Woy Woy Rd in the Brisbane Water National Park, caused extensive delays for Central Coast motorists headed towards Sydney on Monday, August 7.
The accident occurred just after 6:30am, with traffic affected in both directions, as emergency services worked to free the occupant of the vehicle who had become trapped.
A rescue helicopter also attended the scene to convey the occupant to hospital following their release.
