Unfortunately, the fireworks that were originally planned for 9pm at Gosford waterfront following the Central Coast Mariners NYE match will now be cancelled, however, the midnight fireworks at Drifter’s Wharf with Hermitude will still go ahead as planned.
For NYE celebrations this year, head to The Entrance to visit one of the delicious food businesses, grab a bite to eat, and take your place at Memorial Park to see the fireworks afterwards.

Central Coast council is useless and has forgotten about Gosford. We need to get Gosford Council back, I have had enough of this corrupted inward looking self serving council who no represents the people who live in the Gosford Shire. My new years resolutions for 2022 is to see local representation for this area. No fireworks for Gosford waterfront is just the last straw. Thank you
I’ll second that one,WE WANT GOSFORD COUNCIL BACK, WHAT A DEBACLE CENTRAL COAST COUNCIL HAS BEEN! MY RATES INCREASED 45% THIS YEAR, THE OVERPAID ADMINISTRATORS HAVE CLOSED THE MODERN GOSFORD COUNCIL BUILDING & MEET IN THE OLD RAMSHACKLED WYONG BUILDING, THE ENTRANCE LIBRARY HAS BEEN CLOSED, YOU CAN’T PAY ACCOUNTS AT THE LIBRARIES ANYMORE & WE ARE TOLD WE SHOULD BE SADDLED WITH THIS RATE INCREASE FOR A DECADE! SO MUCH FOR RATE PEGGING, FORMER PREMIERS BAIRD & GLADYS B SHOULD BE LOCKED UP FOR CREATING THIS IN THE NAME OF COST SAVINGS!
