The Central Coast Mariners Women have pulled off a late comeback to win the F3 Derby and close out the regular season in style.
Down 1–0 in the second half, the Mariners hit back with two goals in quick succession to win all three points in their final round of the 2024/25 Ninja A-League season.
Despite dominating the match and racking up 30 shots, it took until the 77th minute for Tiana Fuller to find the equaliser — her sixth of the season coming off the bench.
Jade Pennock then sealed the win just six minutes later.
The 2–1 victory pushes the Mariners into fourth place in the Ninja ALeague ladder, earning them a home Elimination Final on Sunday April 26 against Canberra United.
