Deadly creatures on show at reptile park

Experience Australia’s deadliest creatures during the coming school holidays at the Australian Reptile Park.

From April 13-28, Deadly Creatures is set to educate guests about Australia’s (and the world’s) most dangerous animals.

The Park is home to over 3,000 animals with about half of them being deadly and dangerous.

The new Fang Frenzy Show will see keepers showcase the deadliest animals that call the Park home at 1.30pm daily.

As visitors wander throughout the Park, they can explore various Wildlife Discovery Zones, where they can get an intimate look at baby reptiles, fangs and skulls.

The Park will also have a gigantic free inflatable obstacle course for all the little kids and kids at heart.

There will be free daily live shows highlighting deadly creatures.

Visitors can meet and greet the world’s largest venomous lizard the Komodo Dragon, see Australia’s crankiest crocodile Elvis in action and see the Park’s Tasmanian Devils up close.

The Lost World of Reptiles exhibit houses seven out of 10 of Australia’s most venomous snakes including: the world’s deadliest snake, the inland Taipan; the world’s longest snake, the reticulated python; the world’s largest crocodilian, the saltwater crocodile; the world’s deadliest spider, the funnel web spider; and the world’s largest lizard, the Komodo dragon.

In the Park’s Animal Encounters visitors can get up close and personal with venomous snakes, meet and greet cute and cuddly koalas or opt to meet iconic Aussie animals.
