A dump truck operator had a lucky escape when the vehicle rolled over on a bush trail.
Emergency services were called to a reported motor vehicle accident on Wednesday, January 10, on a fire trail off Flowers Dr at Catherine Hill Bay.
On arrival at the scene they found an overturned articulated dump truck.
It had come into contact with a tree and rolled over.
Wallarah Rural Fire Brigade crews 1 Alpha, 1 Bravo and Group 3, along with Fire and Rescue crews from Belmont station, Police and Ambulance paramedics attended the accident.
The truck operator was already out of the machine when they arrived and was later taken by ambulance to hospital.
