Just three weeks after a yacht stuck on rocks at Peeks Point, East Gosford, was rescued, it has reappeared stranded in water close by.
Caroline St resident Graeme Venn wrote to Coast Community News on December 10, advising the boat had been stuck on rocks to the east of his complex for some time.
After we ran a story on December 13, the boat was reclaimed.
“It was towed away when high tide came so we presumed the owner was found,” Venn said.
“This time, two men left it (on rocks to the western side of the complex) and fled up Caroline St.
“They have not been seen since.
“We feel that these guys need some nautical training.”
