Your correspondent somehow links the price of Mongolian fish with the cost of living (Beware cost of renewables, CCN 416).
I would dearly love to see his reasoning for this.
I also fail to see how the cost of overseas renewables can affect our resources-rich “insular island-continent” (his words).
Unlike other countries we have vast tracts of sunlit land, just begging to be used if only our leaders can divorce themselves from the fossil-fuel industry.
I look forward to seeing his evidence.
