I am writing this letter as I feel the builder who built our third home deserves a pat on the back for his work ethics and finishes.
He is Jody of J Marshall Constructions.
My wife Michele and I had spoken to three different builders before we decided on one.
We believed we had picked the right builder from the time we met Jody’s staff in the office – three lovely ladies – Natalie, Jenny and Rachel.
From the time we started the process until the time it finished they could not do enough, always keeping us informed with where we were at and what was happening next.
Jody has a saying he uses through the whole process: “If I see you down the road, I don’t want to be ducking to hide – I want to be able to say Hi, knowing I have done the right thing”.
He stands by that and his knowledge in everything he does is phenomenal.
Jody is a workaholic and manages all his own builds.
He has trades people who have been with him for 20 years or more; that alone I believe says a lot (about) his standards.
If we called onsite to see the progress the tradies were always considerate and helpful with any questions we had.
Jody also gave us his phone number and told us that he is available seven days a week.
We thought oh yeah – but true to his word, no matter when we called he either answered our call or called back.
We are very proud of our home and the effort that J Marshall Constructions made to make sure we were happy with our build.
