A young girl has died after being found unresponsive in a bathtub at a Forresters Beach home.
The five-year-old was found unconscious at the house in Dan Pl at about 5.45pm on Sunday, November 26.
Westpac Rescue helicopter landed a critical care team at Pat Morley Oval to assist NSW Ambulance Paramedics in treating the child before the ambulance took her by road to Gosford Hospital, where she died shortly afterwards.
Officers from Brisbane Water Police District are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
