Bankstown police are continuing to appeal for public assistance to help locate a Central Coast man who went missing in Sydney’s south west.
Jacob Faleta, aged 18, was reported missing to officers from Bankstown Police Area Command on Sunday, January 8, after he could not be located by family who were with him at Bankstown Hospital.
An investigation commenced into his whereabouts, with police and family concerned for his welfare due to medical conditions which require regular treatment and his unfamiliarity with the area.
Inquiries have revealed Jacob attended a convenience store at the intersection of the Hume Hwy and Boronia Rd, Greenacre, at about 3.50pm on Monday, January 9.
He is described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, about 170cm tall, of slim build, with short black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a blue Nike hoodie which he typically wears with the hood up, grey tracksuit pants and black Nike shoes.
Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
