Pretty beach P&C are very excited to announce its very first Christmas event, Pretty Beach Community Carols – to be held at Pretty Beach Public School on Thursday 15th Dec at 6 pm.
This is a community event and everyone is welcome. There will be food and drink stalls, a huge raffle and other surprises on the night.
This year, the head of fundraising and 6 time Golden Guitar award winning singer songwriter, Melinda Schneider will be producing the event.
Melinda has put together a cracking line up, which features the teachers, performing ‘Twelve Days of Christmas’, the Pretty Beach Strings, as well as each class performing their chosen Christmas song or carol.
We have also started the ‘School Mum’s Choir’, a talented bunch of musical mums, who have been rehearsing every week and very much looking forward to singing.
Long term resident Cathy Baker of Bell Property is pleased to be back supporting the school saying, “I’ve had my boys at the school and remember the great P&C events we had previously”
The night will also feature rock legend, Mark Gable and Melinda will also perform with an all-star four piece band.
Get into the festive spirit while supporting your local school, all you have to bring is a blanket to sit on! Adults: $5 Kids: Free
