Drawing competition for primary school children

Member for Robertson, Gordon Reid, is looking forward to seeing the entries

Primary schools are being encouraged to participate in the Robertson Christmas drawing and colouring-in competition organised by Member for Robertson, Gordon Reid.

Reid said he was excited to see the finished work of primary school students from his electorate.

“As I am a new Member of Parliament, this is my first Christmas drawing and colouring-in competition,” he said.

“This competition will be an annual event and I hope to encourage as many schools as possible and students to get involved.

“There will be four winning entries, one from each stage.

“Winning entries will receive a $50 voucher to Smiggle and will have their work featured on the back of my official Christmas card.”

The competition will run until October 21.

Entries should include an original design by the student about a Christmas memory and be coloured in.

They can be completed on A5 or A4 paper, one-sided.

For details on how to enter, contact Reid’s office on 4322 2400 or email Gordon.Reid.MP@aph.gov.au.
