Residents have until October 10 to make a submission on revised plans for a seniors housing development in Painters Lane, Terrigal.
The amendments would see the number of proposed reduced from 25 to 21 and a 3m reduction in the height of the development to comply with development standards.
They would also see greater setbacks provided and room locations configured to reduce overlooking.
Apartment sizes have also been amended.
Multiple objections were received to the original application, which was estimated to cost more than $14.5M.
