A development application to expand a dwelling at Woy Woy has been approved by Central Coast Council.
The 65 Moana St property currently contains a single-storey brick veneer dwelling.
Plans include the addition of a new second storey to help create a new master bedroom upstairs and reconfigure the existing residence to create a lounge room.
Upon assessment of the application, Council said the proposal will complement the locality and meet the desired future character of the area.
