A man has faced Gosford Local Court charged over alleged aggravated sexual touching of a teenage boy at Wamberal.
In February, detectives from Brisbane Water Police District commenced an investigation after reports that a teenage boy had been allegedly inappropriately touched several times at a fast food shop on The Entrance Rd, Wamberal, where he was an employee.
Following extensive inquiries, on Thursday, March 5, officers attended the shop and arrested a 45-year-old man.
He was taken to Woy Woy Police Station and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual touching.
He was granted conditional bail to face Gosford Local Court on Tuesday, March 10.
