Public buildings are required to have disabled access

[Forum] I have recently read the article by the Secretary for the member for Gosford’s letter in your newspaper.

Congratulations on the letter, however it appears that the current rail executives don’t understand the law that requires all public buildings to have disabled access for the elderly and families with prams. It seems to me that again, the public service is defying the government and the people. The law was brought in during the 1970’s under the Wran Government, so therefore why has it not happened?
