[Forum] When is the former Wyong LGA going to start sprouting high rise housing like the rest of the region?
It may be controversial and out of character to some, but it really is the future of housing for the Central Coast, and aside from the few stray Development Applications for Toukley and the long established high rise housing around The Entrance, I have heard no news of any other potential housing of this nature for our northern suburbs. This is worrying. The rest of the Coast is sprouting apartment buildings like weeds. The population boom is coming if the Central Coast Regional Plan is to be believed. What is our Council and our government doing to prepare the former Wyong LGA for it? We can’t just keep building luxury housing estates in Warnervale and cross our fingers.
