Swimart Charmhaven won four awards at the 2017 Swimart Awards: NSW/ACT Franchisee of the Year; NSW/ACT Retailer of the Year; NSW/ACT Marketer of the Year 2017; and the Australasian Marketer of the Year.

The annual awards ceremony, held in Hong Kong at the conclusion of the company’s conference, recognised and rewarded its top franchisees. Swimart Charmhaven store owners, Mr Andrew and Ms Hollie Morton, said that while they had a “feeling” that they had a good chance for the marketing award, winning four awards took them by surprise. “We continued to do what we’ve always done, and that is to provide great service, and that all comes down to our staff,” Ms Morton said. “We’ve held on to the same staff for quite a few years, so that means they’re able to build a relationship with the customer and know their pool needs.”
