Sundance Film Festival award winning fi lm ‘Blood Brother’ is coming to the Central Coast.
Blood Brother is an intimate portrait of Rocky Braat, a young man who longed to fi nd a family. He didn’t know it, but this desire would lead him to an AIDS hostel in India, a place of unspeakable hardship, where he would fi nd almost more love and need than he could bear. The film will be screened at The Loungeroom, 342 Mann St, Gosford on Saturday, July 18. All profits from the night will be donated to AIDS initiatives in India. Rocky Braat, a young man from a fractured family and a troubled past, went traveling through India without a plan. Then he met a group of HIV positive children living in an orphanage and everything changed for him. Rocky left his life, friends, and career in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to live with the kids.
