Local residents have just days to give their thoughts on a proposed multi-unit, two-storey development in Ettalong Beach before the exhibition period closes on October 11.
The site at 34 Warrah St currently contains a single storey dwelling and ancillary structures which would be demolished if plans are approved.
At an estimated cost of work of $600,000, the applicant proposes the erection of three townhouses with front courtyard fencing; Unit 2 and 3 would feature three bedrooms, whilst Unit 1 would include four bedrooms.
Vehicular access is proposed via a central driveway to separate garages provided for each unit, with five residential spaces available.
There is also unlimited parking on the street, according to the applicant.
The applicant said the units would provide sufficient areas to store mobile waste collection bins away from the street and clothes drying areas that would be screened from other dwellings and the public domain.
