New year’s eve festivities at Gosford, The Entrance & Terrigal

There are three approved New Year’s Eve festival activities on the Central Coast in 2017. Both The Entrance & Gosford foreshores will be the prepared a multitude of activities, markets, music and finally fireworks. Terrigal foreshore will also play host to a local market and fireworks display. 

All venues have special traffic restrictions and special provisions that restrict the public consumption of alcohol.

The Entrance

Relax in Memorial Park from 6pm with free live entertainment from headlining ARIA award winner Sarah McLeod, Bravo Victor and Central Coast all-girl trio Little Quirks. Don’t miss the fireworks display at 9pm. There will also be a food alley where visitors can sit, dine and take in the festive atmosphere. Road closures and traffic diversions will be in place from 3pm to 11pm.

Gosford

An Evening on the Waterfront on the Central Coast Leagues Club Field.  Live Entertainment and food stalls from 5pm to 9.30pm.  The traditional Central Coast Mariners game starts at 7pm at the stadium followed by an awesome 9:15PM fireworks display will light up the sky to music supplied by 2GO.

Dane drive on the waterfront will be closed by late afternoon and traffic diversions will be in place until early in the morning.

The evening on the waterfront is an Alcohol Prohibited Zone to ensure everyone has a great time.

Terrigal

Neverest Events have revived the Fireworks Festival on Terrigal Foreshore for New Year’s Eve 2017. Sponsored by Central Real, the festivities for all ages begin with Twilight markets on the Terrigal Foreshore at 5pm, with a variety of local stall holders with food, fashion, beauty, homewares and organic products.
This is followed by a spectacular fireworks display at 9pm to light up Terrigal Beach and Haven. More info
