A 72-year-old female suffered multiple injuries in a motor vehicle accident on Wiseman’s Ferry Rd, Mangrove Mountain, on Tuesday, November 28.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter transported the woman to John Hunter Hospital.
A second patient was taken to Gosford Hospital by road ambulance.
The helicopter was despatched to the accident at around 2:00pm, and was informed that three people had injuries, one of whom was trapped in a vehicle.
Several ambulance and police responded to the head on motor vehicle accident.
