More than 8,000 fans turned out to support the Legends of League tournament and to raise money for the Mark Hughes Foundation, at Central Coast Stadium, on November 18.
A great day of old school footy was on display featuring many favourite rugby league legends.
Newcastle and Canterbury proved their skills were still as sharp as ever, improving with each round game, and meeting each other in the Grand Final to fight it out for the Inaugural Legends of League Trophy, and the $75,000 winner’s cheque.
The day was capped off with fans taking to the field to celebrate a free performance by iconic Aussie rocker, Shannon Noll.
