The extraordinary meeting is important as the 15 councillors take the oath of office and then elect the mayor and deputy mayor.
Councillors can choose to raise our rates but they can’t go above the rate peg set by IPART.
Residents and community groups are urged to read the list of sites and to make comments on the proposed categories for their areas.
