Grab your mask and don your dancing shoes and celebrate Coastlink’s 40 years as a leading disability and aged care provider with a Masquerade Ball on November 8.
The evening of mystery and magic will take place at Mingara Recreation Club from 6.30pm, with a three-course dinner, live entertainment and more on offer.
Coastlink Chair John Mouland said the event was set to be a celebration of the organisation’s achievements, as well as a tribute to the people and communities who had inspired its work.
“Established in 1985 as a non-profit organisation, Coastlink began by providing family-based care for children living with disability,” Mouland said.
“Today, we offer quality aged care, disability supports, accommodation services and more, and while our services may have expanded over the past four decades, our commitment to improving the daily lives of our clients remains unchanged.
“Whether you’re a past or current client, a staff member, a local business or likeminded member of the local community – we’d love for you to join us to celebrate 40 years of Coastlink.”
Coastlink CEO, Lynne Graham, said the event would be a special opportunity to reflect on Coastlink’s journey and honour those who have helped shape its story.
“I’m proud to lead a team that changes lives every day by removing barriers to people’s success and empowering them to live a life of their choice.
“Our Masquerade Ball will be a moment for us to honour both our journey so far and the future we’re building together, and say thank you to those who have made it all possible.
“We’re looking forward to a great evening of fabulous food, live entertainment and community connection, and I warmly invite you to join us as we celebrate this milestone.”
Tickets are $75 each and available now. Each ticket includes a three-course meal, entertainment and welcome drink on arrival.
