Marine Rescue Terrigal will celebrate International Day for Women in Maritime on Sunday, May 18.
The Terrigal base will be open for everyone to explore, including the radio room.
There will also be interactive displays for rescue, safety in the water, first aid, radio and more.
A Westpac helicopter will land on the oval simulating a rescue and the all-female crew will demonstrate Sea Legs, the amphibious rescue and tender vessel.
There will be a sausage sizzle and raffle for prizes donated by sponsors.
Marine Rescue is a volunteer organisation dedicated towards saving lives at sea.
All are encouraged to go along and support Marine Rescue’s International Day for Women in Maritime.
