The NSW Justices Association provides highly sought after voluntary Justice of the Peace services in all seven Central Coast Libraries, and many main shopping centres, every day of the week except Sunday.
But the free service is in danger of being discontinued if more JPs can’t be found to join the ranks.
Patron Member for Dobell Emma McBride and The Elderslee Foundation would jointly sponsor a Free JP Information Forum in the Red Tree Theatre at Tuggerah on Saturday, May 31, at 1pm.
The forum is open to all JPs in the community or anyone interested in becoming a JP.
Attendees can arrive armed with questions and receive valuable advice about how to deal with unusual documentation, how to volunteer in the community, and how to navigate the JP knowledge test.
Refreshments will be available and there will be a $50 lucky door grocery voucher, plus nine donated raffle prizes with a total value of $800.
RSVP by emailing tuggerahlakes@nswja.org.au by May 24.
