Detectives from the State Crime Command’s Sex Crimes Squad have arrested a man at Somersby for an alleged breach of his extended supervision order.
Police from Brisbane Water District and Lake Macquarie District assisted the sex crimes squad when they arrested the 57-year-old man at a Somersby property at about 8.30am on Wednesday, August 7.
The man was taken to Gosford Police Station, where he was charged with fail to comply with Extended Supervision Order (ESO).
He was refused bail to appear before Gosford Local Court where police will allege that the man breached his ESO by failing to accept supervision as per the terms of the order.
