A breakfast for women in manufacturing will be held at Gosford RSL Club on Thursday, June 13.
Women leaders in manufacturing are in a unique position as traditional manufacturing strategies, systems and staff management are being challenged in these times of change.
Gail Cottrill will lead the breakfast session from 8am to 9.30am when women in manufacturing can explore and share strategies to help navigate those changes.
Cottrill has been directly involved in the manufacturing industry from her childhood.
Her experience has led her to seek out and explore new and creative ways to deal with change in this complex industry.
She will share some of her findings in addressing the complex issue of communicating in this diverse community, leading to improved decision making, problem solving and people management.
The breakfast session is free for women working in manufacturing and $25 for other attendees.
A continental breakfast is provided and registrations can be made by email at admin@centralcoastindustryconnect.com.au
