Helping women to build careers for the long term

Applications are now open for the Future Women Jobs Academy program, aimed at boosting women’s workforce participation and economic security in NSW.

The program will support 1,000 women over a two-year period to equip them with the necessary supports to enter, progress and succeed in paid employment and build careers that benefit them for the long-term.

Participants in the Future Women Jobs Academy program will have access to: online resources and bespoke learning hub; leadership masterclasses and training programs; professional development, coaching and mentoring; Jobs and Skills Fair webinars; a two-day leadership summit; and lifetime Jobs Academy membership.

To be eligible to apply, you need to be living in NSW and over 18 years of age.
