Motorists are advised of changed overnight traffic conditions this weekend on the M1 Pacific Motorway between the Mooney Mooney southbound off-ramp and approach to the Hawkesbury River Bridge.
The work, starting on Sunday March 3, will involve up to two southbound lanes closed at a time for road resurfacing.
To minimise impact to motorists, work will be carried out from 7pm to 5am, Sunday to Thursday.
It is work expected to be completed in five nights, weather permitting.
Traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place during work hours for the safety of workers and motorists.
Motorists should allow an additional five minutes in travel time and advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
