Motorists are advised of changed overnight traffic conditions this week at the intersection of Chain Valley Bay Rd and the Pacific Hwy at Lake Munmorah as investigation work is carried out.
One northbound lane will be closed to allow for the work, which will assist with planning for future road projects.
To minimise impact to motorists, work will be carried out at night from 7.30pm to 5am on Tuesday, January 30, weather permitting.
Traffic control and a 40km/h speed limit will be in place during work hours, which may affect travel times.
Motorists should allow up to five minutes extra travel time during this work.
They are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
