An industrial warehousing complex at Apollo Close, West Gosford, has now been completed.
Geoff Emms of East Coast Industrial said the seven-unit complex consisted of approximately 2,700sqm of lettable area with unit sizes ranging from 105sqm up to approximately 1190sqm.
“The project has been three years in the making,” Emms said.
“It is clear that there is huge demand for industrial space across the Central Coast region – with most of the units pre-leased prior to completion and the final unit being leased shortly afterwards.”
The development site , approximately 5,307sq m in size, consists of two adjoining allotments which were consolidated as part of the consent
Drayton Construction was engaged as the builder for the project and construction was completed in under 12 months to a high standard.
