I am an avid reader of this paper and do not write in.
However reading the article on Gosford hospital parking (No free parking for Gosford Hospital) has caused me to write.
It is unfortunate that the broken promises this Government makes now affects me personally.
As a pensioner, parking fees at the Gosford hospital are extremely difficult to manage into my weekly budget and I was looking forward to free parking being implemented which is a no brainer.
How is it fair for Wyong hospital to have free parking, but not Gosford, even though David Harris promised free parking?
Another lie for us and we all pay the price.

There is and had been for quite sometime, free parking for pensioners. When you go to pay at the pay station, show your pension card.
There has been free parking for sometime for pensioners. Using main entrance to main carpark, before leaving hospital go to Information desk near main entrance with you carpark ticket and concession card, they validate your parking ticket which will open boom gate. If using old carpark there is a carpark office near entrance to hospital where your ticket can be validated.
