Talk on Aussie Ark at Pearl Beach

Aussie Ark breeds and re-wilds many species, including the Tasmanian Devil

Aussie Ark Operations Manager Dean Read will be guest speaker at a special event at Pearl Beach on Saturday, June 3.

Read will talk about Aussie Ark’s work and legacy as a world-leader in the breeding and re-wilding of some of Australia’s most endangered species.

These include the Tasmanian Devil, the Eastern Quoll and the Brush-tailed Rock wallaby.

Read has personally hand-raised the young of these species and will have a Brush-tailed rock wallaby with him.

Refreshments will be available after the talk which will take place at 5pm in the Pearl Beach Memorial Hall.

There is no need to book; entry will be via a $10 donation to Aussie Ark at the door (electronic payment available).
