What is going on?
I have been driving 65kms over broken and in some instances non-existent Council roads to go shopping at the Imperial Centre in Gosford for 40 years and now I can’t buy a cup of coffee.
I am fed-up with greedy landlords who are putting my favourite shops out of business.
We quite often came in to Gosford to have breakfast, but not now.
I would have thought that with all the apartment blocks being built left, right and centre there would be plenty of places for coffee or breakfast.
These so-called landlords need to be held accountable because Gosford is definitely going downhill and I do not want to be forced to shop elsewhere.

Once coffee shops start disappearing, other businesses will miss out on other customers too
Coffee Shops form a focal point for a local community a place to sit talk read the paper
they are the central hub of a vital growing community
Its not only Coffee Shops that landlords are squeezing out I am a renter and have just been told to move or pay a extra $100 a week in rent where does it stop something has to be done
