Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Wyong.
Dillon Chiffelle, aged 24, was last seen at a health facility in Wyong at about 7.30pm on Monday, January 16.
After family members were unable to contact him, officers attached to Tuggerah Lakes Police District were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.
Family and police hold concerns for his welfare.
Dillon is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build, and has short brown hair.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact Tuggerah Lakes Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
