Crestani Scholarships Ltd has received $2,100 through the Federal Government’s 2021-22 Volunteer Grants to buy two digital cameras to support its volunteers.
Member for Robertson, Gordon Reid, met last week with founder and CEO, Yvonne Crestani, to congratulate the charity and learn more about the services it provides.
“Ms Crestani, who has years of involvement in supporting the Central Coast community through her charity and in other capacities”. Reid said.
He congratulated Crestani and the charity’s volunteers for ensuring health professionals can train in the most up-to-date practices in cancer treatment.
Crestani said the new digital cameras would help volunteers record and document the work they undertake.
“The cameras will also be used to support the production of our annual brochure and reports,” she said.
