Four children who went missing in bushland between Pearl Beach and Patonga on the morning of June 12 were located by Pol Air and winched to safety in the afternoon.
The alarm was raised when the group, aged between 11 and 15 years, failed to return from a bushwalk.
Brisbane Water Police were contacted and a search commenced.
Pol Air located the group around 3:30pm that afternoon.
