Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions on Brisbane Water Dve at Tascott for safety improvement work to be carried out.
The NSW Government is funding this safety upgrade on Brisbane Water Dve to reduce the risk of motorists veering off the road.
Roads and Maritime Services will carry out the work which involves installing 510 metres of raised concrete barrier complete with a handrail to separate pedestrians and motorists on the busy road.
Work started on March 5 and is expected to be completed in six weeks, weather permitting.
To minimise the impact to motorists, work will be carried out Sunday to Thursday between 7pm and 5am.
Lane closures will be in place and may affect travel times.
