St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School Year 3 student Kai Holiday received an award at The Young Archie’s presentation on Saturday, December 13.
Kai was awarded Highly Commended in the nine to 12 years category for the portrait he drew of his great grandfather. The Young Archie’s awards were presented as part of the Archibald Presentation at the Gosford Gallery. Young artists from fi ve to 18 years from all over the Coast were encouraged to submit a portrait of someone they admired. Kai’s portrait will be on display until Sunday, January 4.
