Motorists are advised of changed overnight traffic conditions from next week on the M1 Pacific Motorway northbound off-ramp to Wyong Rd (Tuggerah Interchange) for essential maintenance work at Tuggerah.
The northbound off-ramp to Wyong Rd will be closed overnight for the asphalt resurfacing work to improve safety for all road users.
To minimise the impact to motorists, work will be carried out from 8pm to 5am on Sunday, March 2, Mondays, March 10 and 24 and Thursday, March 27, weather permitting.
Northbound motorists are advised to exit the M1 at Sparks Rd, Warnervale, instead while the Wyong Rd ramp is closed.
Motorists should allow up to 15 minutes’ extra travel time.
These northbound ramp closures form part of the overnight work already underway on the M1 near Wyong Rd.
Traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place on the M1 past the ramp for the safety of workers and motorists.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
