Excitement is mounting as the beloved voice of Sarah King returns to radio with her brand-new Saturday morning show, Your Home, set to debut on September 28 at 10am on CoastFM 963.
King, a Central Coast broadcasting icon with nearly 30 years of experience, will once again grace the airwaves, bringing her familiar warmth, wit, and charm to local listeners.
Best known for her pioneering role as a co-host on Australia’s first-ever male/female breakfast show in the early 1990s, King’s influence on local radio has been monumental.
Her career began at 2GO, where she helped usher in the FM radio era, a milestone in Australian broadcasting.
Reflecting on her early days in radio, King recalled, “We were literally going into people’s homes and tuning them into the new FM station.”
Now, after months of speculation, CoastFM 963 has confirmed her much-anticipated return, sparking excitement across social media.

Her new show Your Home will focus on the homes of locals, featuring interviews and discussions on everything from home design and renovations to gardening and decluttering.
King, who has worked as a real estate agent with Raine & Horne Gosford & East Gosford for the past three years, will draw from her expertise in the real estate world to bring fresh insights to the program.
Station Manager Sarah Warry shared how the concept for Your Home came about. “Sarah and I were chatting one day about her love for looking at homes, watching renovation shows, and reading books on decluttering.
She turned to me and said, ‘Let’s do a show about it.’ And just like that, Your Home was born.”
