After adopting Avoca Beach as his forever home eight years ago, Chris Roumanous has opened his second real estate office in the region.
Just 14 months ago the team opened the neighbouring Ray White RPG – Saratoga office and has quickly become one of the most trusted and successful businesses in the region.
“When I bought Saratoga, I knew early on that I wanted to expand into Avoca Beach,” Roumanous said.
“The sense of community here is unparalleled, and I am thrilled to be able to contribute to its growth and development.”
Roumanous, who is raising his young family in the region, is actively involved in various local activities such as soccer, rugby and school events.
He has sponsored local sports clubs and has consistently demonstrated his passion for enriching the lives of those around him.
“I am not doing it for any benefit other than wanting to watch my kids play sports and be involved in this beautiful community,” he said.
The decision to join Ray White last year was a natural fit for Roumanous, who values the brand’s reputation for excellence and its strong network of support.
“Ray White feels like family, and their commitment to fostering a collaborative environment has been instrumental in our success,” he said.
“I regularly call other principals across the network to share advice and stories.”
Ray White RPG – Avoca Beach will serve the needs of buyers and sellers, owners and renters in the community with a focus on strong communication and customer service.
“It is a beautiful beach town with about 2,500 houses, with an average house price of around $1.49M,” Roumanous said.
“The connectivity to Sydney is still convenient and the region has been climbing since the COVID seachange boom.
“We have a huge number of buyers coming from the Northern Beaches or inner Sydney, or people from large acreage properties wanting to downsize by the sea.”
Roumanous said most of the team members had been born and bred at Avoca Beach.
“Our major goals are centred on recruitment and expanding our office to accommodate a larger property management hub,” he said.
“We aim to continue building upon the family-like culture we have developed in Saratoga and extend it to our new location.”
