There will be changed traffic conditions from August 24 on Avoca Dr and nearby streets for geotechnical investigation work to be carried out at Kincumber.
Transport for NSW has engaged AECOM Australia Pty Ltd as its contractor to carry out the work from Sunday, August 24, to Friday, September 12, weather permitting.
To limit disruption on the road network during peak hours, most of the investigation work will be carried out at night from 7pm to 5am, Sunday to Thursday.
At times, work will also need to be carried out during the day from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and from 7am to 1pm on Saturday.
Traffic control, single lane closures and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.
Over Size and/or Over Mass (OSOM) vehicles will be required to contact the project team 24 hours prior to proposed travel on 1800 555 352 to discuss access through the work site.
Significant delays may occur if contact is not made.
OSOM operators are advised the project operates on UHF channel 56.
