Empire Touring and Triple M have announced the return of Sunset Sounds to a new home on the Central Coast.
It’s been three years since the last round of events and the promoters are thrilled to land their 2025 show at the Entertainment Grounds at Gosford for the first time on Saturday, October 18.
Headlining Sunset Sounds will be five-time ARIA winners Boy & Bear, singer/songwriter Josh Pyke, Melbourne blues/roots duo Pierce Brothers, folk/pop duo The McCredie Brothers, Sydney up-and-comer Betty with Northern Beaches’ Ben Morgan opening the day.
“We are thrilled to be bringing this world-class line-up to the best venue on the Central Coast,” Empire Touring’s Marc Christowski said.
“Where else can you go to an outdoor show and have bars without queues, toilets that aren’t porta-loos, lots of yummy food, and a stand with seating for more than 1,000 people?”
Daniel Lacey from The Entertainment Grounds said the venue was committed to bringing a wide range of festivals to the Central Coast region.
“Sunset Sounds is a hugely popular event and sells out over Australia, and we cannot wait to host the event,” he said.
Venue and ticket agency database pre-sales kick off at 10am on Thursday, May 22.
General public tickets go on sale at 10am on Monday, May 26 from Ticketmaster
